Latest News - Friday, June 23, 2006 Pre-production has begun on Shock City Records next big project! Seventeen year old Andrea Toppins has come to Shock City Music Works, with one of the sweetest voices we’ve heard in quite a while. This should be a fun one! Shock City Records band Full Day Affair is now getting adds around the country on commercial radio! The song “Fortune for Two” mixed by veteran British engineer Al Clay (Pixies, Frank Black, Pink, Blur ect.) is definitely one to listen for over the airwaves. (Check out 101.1 The River locally here in the LOU!) The next Shock City showcase is on the horizon! The show should be happening at Pop’s Saturday, August 19th. We’ll keep you posted!

"Fortune For Two" will be serviced nation wide at the Hot AC/CHR format starting May 8th. Full Day Affair's CD release party for their new album Approved is scheduled for May 13th at Mississippi Nights. Sharing the stage with them will be The State, LEO, and The Fundamental Elements.
